FAQ

1. How much does it cost?

Cost depends on several factors.  For dent repair, location of the dent is first.  The size of the dent matters too, the larger the dent, the more time involved for the repair, the more it could cost.  Body shops may be comparable, however, their timeframe may not coincide with yours.  Also, Dent Scene's job is to "save the paint," to keep it original.  That is a skill acquired over many years.  Rather than sanding down to the metal and prepping for repainting, preserving the original paint maintains the value of your investment.

2. Can it just be "popped out?"

Paintless Dent Repair is a skilled "art". Much like chiropractic or surgery, the metal is moved very strategically by hand with tools pushed behind the panel. Some folks on YouTube make it look easy and get lucky. 100% of the dents we've seen, none of them have been able to be "popped out". A couple of folks have stopped by after trying the online kits or pushing/pulling then dent themselves... we definitely don't advise this option and its possible that after a self-attempt, a body shop may be the only option.

3. Do you work with insurance?

     Yes, we do.

4. Can Dent Scene help me?

We can review your situation with you and determine if we are the best fit for your repair need.  City ordinances do restrict performance of some repairs but, we always strive to earn your business.  We do understand that sometimes we can't help everyone and we will be upfront and honest in our assessment.

5. Where are you located?

For most GPS - type Dent Scene in the search bar and that should bring you straight to us.  The address is sometimes crossed with the Childcare center across from Piedmont Newton Hospital when searched that way.

We are next to Raceway across from OHCO and Advance Auto Parts. The I-20 exit is 90. For the locals, we are in the space previously occupied by the Saw Shop.

6. Can I just stop by?

Let's schedule an appointment that works for you.  If you'd like, text us a few photos of the damage from different angles prior to scheduling.  We would be happy to provide a preliminary assessment to see if we are the best fit for your repair need.

We accept cash and process debit and credit cards with a 3.5% processing fee.
